Not sure if this is a pricing error, however I have ordered four using "shipitto" and my US paypal account with a 28 Degrees Card attached to it, and it went through fine.
Only time will tell.

begun order > went to find card details > commented on this > got sidetracked > didn't place order > Price corrected.

If it was honoured, Dell clearly states that you need to sign for the delivery. Would shipito even count?
Just got an email that the order was canceled.
Looks like it was a pricing/discount error.
To answer Spackbace question, yes Shipitto still sign for it. When you sign up for their service, in the terms you agree for them to do this on your behalf.
I have had signed parcels successfully delivered to them previously.
Discount limited to 5 items.
Now I have 5 ssd's on the way to Shipito, Thanks! haha.
