they just send a bunch of quote requests out to dealers and add a spotters fee to the price before passing it on to you.
If you're the kind of person who will walk in to test drive a car and be bullied into a sale - they're great.
I've you're a ruthless bargainer, they won't work for you.
Tried them twice but didn't really come close to the price I could get without much work at all. You could do much better yourself I am sure.
