This is a repeat of a deal in early December. Briscoes already have huge discounts of up to 60% on many homeware and appliances so this makes it an amazing deal. As I said in December, I wish they opened a physical store in Australia because I used to love shopping in the stores in New Zealand.
It's a home ware and appliance store that have a huge number of physical stores across NZ. They opened an online store here late last year. There were previous deals like this to entice people on to the site and I took advantage of the one in December. They are a bit like the good guys or bing lee but with more emphasis on home wares rather than large appliances.

If you type "briscoes" in to google you'll see a google lead ad for the $30 off. The problem is that when you click on it you get redirected to the activated page which is the wrong URL as it's post activation. Does anyone know how to get the pre-activation URL?

They havne't been updating their stock… there have been the occasional items, but on the main, it's been more of a garage sale atmosphere. I've gotten some amazing deals. Pretty sure this is another kind of fire sale shenanigans on the part of some wig, because there's no way they can be making profits on this unless they've got some kind of deal with Auspost. Kinda seems convenient, you know? Dump stock in a different market so it's not part of the same loss figures chart to show heaps of profit with little loss.
I bought a few things the last time this deal was up. Really well packaged and prompt delivery to WA. Great service and a great deal :)
Agree on it being great service. I've put far too much of my income into these deals but I just got a new place so it was perfect timing. Some of the items came broken and were promptly replaced. Some never came but when I notified them they were quick to remedy. I can't fault them. I just wonder about the business model, and wish the stock wasn't getting sparser and sparser.
