Singstar is a Sony property, but there are a couple of Xbox equivalents out there. Lips on 360 was pretty good, and Let's Sing is on most current platforms http://letssing.ravenscourt-games.com/1/en/

no does not come with mic just the game
You don't need mics anymore. Pretty sure you can use smartphones as mics now.

Also, if you bought any DLC songs on PS3, SOME of them are available to download for free to PS4.

I thought eBay deals had to quote an ABN but I was wrong once in 2016 so this might just be an early start
Keep in mind when getting this, that Sony just removed close to 600 tracks off the Singstar store due to losing/not renewing the licenses. The disc isn't too bad but the ability to download more songs (for a fee) is good - except they've removed so many that you struggle to find more you'd want.
After owning a lot of Singstar titles on PS2, PS3, and this on PS4 I was tired of the additional DLC songs and not being able to play the songs say all on my PS4. I would of liked the titles to be delivered as DLC if you had bought them. There may be difficulties in that so moving on.
I found http://ultrastardx.sourceforge.net/ Ultrastar which I now use on a laptop I was going to give away. You can use the singstar microphones with it as well. Always a hit at parties.

To set additional song directories change your config.ini like this:

if an album has 1000 songs in it, i dont see why you cannot download 1000 songs in one go. you have to buy songs from itunes, amazon, google play etc which is legal or you could try somewhere else.

Everything you need is on the site below. There are more out there like it. Making your own songs from your music library and making sure you have the beat took way to long for me.

yeah there is an add to download que button. However I think it just lets you download a torrent of each song. Thats easy done, just use your torrent software to open every torrent in the folder.
