Ice Tea Mix Powder - unable to find at stores (Woolies, Coles, Aldi)

A few months ago, purchased some Peach Ice Tea mix at Aldi - was a great way of making large quantities of ice tea without purchasing the overly sweetened and expensive Lipton Ice Tea and other variants.

Anyone know of any stores that are selling any form of ice tea mix powder? I've asked Aldi, Woolies and Coles - all of the staff know what I'm asking for but openly state that they don't have it. Online stores seem to have stuff - but would prefer picking it up in person.

Looking for stores in Sydney preferably.

on a side note you can make your own easy. just use the syrup from teh canned peaches and mix with lipton tea bags and an amount of hot water to your liking. then chill.

Most Asian groceries stock it…and often in several varieties.

You'll find one or two of these kind of stores in Sydney. ;)

  • Any brand names that anyone can suggest? I can't remember what I bought (Diplomat or something like that from Aldi?)

Will check out a few Asian stores tomorrow and report back what I find.

    Costco has it

    • Really? Was in Costco a few days ago and couldn't seem to find it.

Happen to remember the specific name/section it was in?

@hsyed26: Anytime, enjoy.. it's slightly lemony but I like it

        • @bdl:

          Picked it up today.

Good flavor profile - wish they had more flavors but can't beat the price per litre on this.

        • @hsyed26: great to hear, enjoy!

I'm not sure if they're still selling it but a few years ago I bought some Nerada iced peach tea mix from woolies.

    Looks like this

On a side note you can brew your own iced tea using any tisane /fruit tea. Add fruit and sugar if you like to sweeten. Or another trick I picked up on ozbargain, tape 2 fruit infusion teabags in a voss or glass water bottle, fill it up with water and leave it in the fridge overnight.

  • We just buy flavoured tea bags and make our own.
