Just be careful when signing to their promotions.
Last year, I received an email when I booked a hotel - free 3 wines to try and just pay for the delivery charge(as a promotional offer). Less, did I know that I was automatically signed to their program of monthly deductions. When I realized, I requested them to get me off the program as I am not a wine drinker. The customer service representative mentioned, if I don't drink, would be worth to give to family and friends. Seriously..
So, from that day never again would I buy from these people. It is shame, this encounter has left bad taste, as I personally like to promote local products.
P.S- I did manage to get off the program through lot of back and forth emails and calls and they did refund me the money after almost 2 months.

I took up an offer once and received a call asking if I wanted to join their ongoing subscription. I clearly said no but they started charging me with the credit card details i gave for the original offer. I like their concept but not the shady dealings of their sales people. Buyer beware!

    • Yep, we are going through the same issue now. Wouldn't mind if their wines actually tasted okay, but no, they don't.

They have some great wines and winemakers.

Winemakers include Daryl Groom (Worked as the senior white and red winemaker at Penfolds, his 1986 Penfolds Grange was arguably one of the top 3 Granges ever made); Jen Pfeiffer (Australian 2009 Young Winemaker of the year and from a well known wine producing family); Stuart Pym (West Australian legend, man behind Vasse Felix, Voyager Estate and Stella Bella just to name a few). Google their names.

They have some nice organic and biodynamic wines if you are into that.

  • I got this as well, I looked into it and it smelt like a scam. Read the fine print

The wines are from vineyards you've never heard of, either.

    • Mostly from unheard of SA vineyards, my brother received one of these $100 off vouchers with a product he bought a while back.

Decided to look into it you are forced to buy an entire box for additional $89 + $100 discount pretty much negating the discount. Averages out around a $7 bucks a bottle which imo is probably only worth couple of bucks a bottle considering mostly no name bottom of barrel wine.

  • This isn't worth it, the cheapest case is still around $100 after the discount and the wines are cooking wines at best

I got one Of their cards when I got that hellofresh deal from about a month ago. You need to order a minimum of 12 bottles and most of the brands I've never even heard of.

  • Yeh would not buy a case from them unless its around $50 they have some nice wines but not worth it even with the disc and be careful as they sign you up to there $40 a month sub

  • I got a couple of dozens from them way back when they started and accidentally offered them for about$10. Great wine, I just never buy a dozen at a time normally.
To those complaining that these aren't from recognised wineries, that's what I loved about them.

  • from the dozen i ordered few months back
    3 were amazing
    2 average
5 yuk - used for cooking
2 terrible - gave them to the mother in law
