  After ING removed their cashback, the Amex Explorer card has replaced it as my day to day card - it gives 2 points per dollar spent on anything and all points can be used to offset the amount you spend, so it effectively acts as a cashback (equivalent to 1.5% cashback).

  Benefits which make this better than the ING card - you get a bonus 110,000 points (equivalent to ~$800 cashback which more than offsets the $395 initial fee) to start off if you apply by a referral and $400 travel credit (which can be spent on flights, hotels or even sold online for cash). I think for most people, these benefits will significantly outweigh the 0.5% difference in cashback compared to the ING card.

  Australian Military Bank Rewads Accounts offers 2% for payWave under $100. Use credit card over $100.

      Yes. Anyone can apply.

      No fees on paywave. Have to deposit $1,500 per month.

      EFTPOS transactions (when pressing Savings) 70 cents
      Visa Debit card purchases (when pressing Credit or using Paywave) Free

      Compulsory charity donation - they take any cents of your monthly closing balance.
