Looking for a pool cover deal with/without roller for 11mx5.5m pool. Incase if i get cover without roller, what are my options to keep it stable hold it. Looking something which should atleast last 4~6yrs as we are planning to sell within that timeframe.

You will want a holder, the issue is without one the next storm you get will just rip the unit apart and the cost stuffing around installing mountpoints will be about the same as doing it right in the first place
If you do go without a roller you will need something to weigh it down, potentially just on top of the water surface so wind cant get under it
I cut mine to shape and then tuck in under the coping around the edge of the pool. It has never moved or blown up ever. Everyone's pool and backyard is different though.
Also, I bought mine off eBay. Heaps cheaper that the local pool shops. Just watch your chlorine levels which can rise quite high when under the cover and can end up damaging it.
thanks, i noticed same ebay sellers price is cheap … eg for 11mx6m 400microns cover is appro $180 but the freaking roller is $190 :(
Yep, I didn't get the roller so the cover stays off except for winter. I'm in Queensland though.
Care to share your sellers? I'm also looking to get a pool cover but my pool is quite large so definitely need a roller. Thinking of DIY cause its so damn expensive :(
