I never buy from this company because of the postage charges.

Including postage, the total price for 1 pair is $71.90. As they normally retail for $129.95, this is a very good deal.

    • With postage costs the total price is still good. I have ordered two pairs in the past, my only issue was they took about a week both times to dispatch the order. It then takes 7-10 days after that to reach Perth. This is different to my experience with other online stores, most of which dispatch same day or within 24 hours.

These shoes will last you max 3 months with regular wear.

  • Pick up option would seal the deal.

For those that want to pick up the shoes, you are welcome to do so at our Broadmeadows victoria location. Please call us if you want to pick up: 1300735786

  • Should be a deal where if you buy a certain number of pairs postage is free.

  • Would be great just to get free postage now and then as well to keep us all interested

  • Do I have to wear a dress with these shoes?

Negging due to major problem with the company.
Nightmare to deal with if your orders go wrong. Argumentative, will not refund. A case study in appall ing customer service.

Thanks for the info, was tempted to buy but the delivery fee made me hesitant

    • Give us your story!!

I love hearing about crap companies!!!

    • I can't agree Sire Tightarse.

I have placed about 4 orders, multiple pairrs from this vendor, and haven't had a problem.

I had a situation where he shoe wasn't up to scratch. They paid for the return postage, sent me a new pair and a discount voucher for my trouble. I thought that was great service.

That said … Everyone has a different story.

      • They remind me of the phone company Vaya, fine if there are no glitches, just terrible (for many) when there are. It's good that you got through without a problem, good service even but that certainly wasn't my experience.
I know product review errs on the side of negative but have ever seen reviews this bad?

My experience was the same as these

        • Ouch :)

Fair play. Based on those, my good experiences might be unusual…

Had a pair of these. Rubber soul is junk. With 20 min walking 5 days a week they wore through (literally had a hole near the front of the foot - and I'm a HEEL striker) in 4 months. Had them replaced twice within warranty period. Had the same problem with other Julius Marlow shoes in their standard range.

It's a shame that the manufacturer is a cheapskate trying to use crap rubber to reduce the lifespan of the product, forcing you to buy more pairs of shoes, because the style of the Bullet is actually really nice.

Allow $50 to get them resoled up-front. True price $121.90. If you do that they will last 18 months (my first hand experience). Recommend skipping the fuss and trying a different brand.

Neg is for the manufacturer (product issues), not the retailer.

      Which brand would you recommend.

      • I'd love to know the answer too. I've only had one pair since - windsor smith. Which started doing the same thing on the heels quickly, so I had them resoled immediately. They lasted 18 months now due to the resoling.

I've since bought but not worn some CK, since they were only $100-$110 from myer on clearance.
