  Hmm… good question.
  I'm guessing it's a typo - maybe 32 x 35 cm?
  From the photo looks like 3-5cm smaller internal measurements vs external.
  
  Usually the external measurements more important to work out whether it fits into your oven. Then you just have to be able to fit your roast in.
