        Noticed they are actually WA based…Called a few times today but no answer. Must be closed for public holiday. See what happens tomorrow.

    Still haven't received the second email. Is supposed to be delivered today…. Why would they have an online Xmas sale if they were going to be shut over the break..

    I called up just now and got through. They explained they have received a large amount of orders so are working through them as best they can. They pushed my order through and I've received the next email.

    Very friendly and good customer service so I'm happy with that compared to the larger eRetailers.
