Hardly a bargain then…seems more like spam!
5-10X the price? "Premium iPod Iphone Itouch Noise Isolation Earbuds RRP$149" selling for $48, Dx has the same item with exact same photo, US$1.83 free shipping, do ya think this joker is padding his prices enough??!

I'm not familiar with the prices on solar panels, but based on other products on that site the prices are astronomical.
Look under the "Crazy Gadgets" section most of the products (and pictures) are identical to deal extreme but at 5 - 10 times the price. Based on this I wold steer clear of this place.
