Any alternative fans similar to the Dyson that people have good reviews/recommend?

What I want to pay - At maximum $200.00.
My reasoning for wanting this: aesthetically pleasing. Doesn't take up much room. Quiet.
Surely there must be some good alternatives out there?

I have a Sunbeam tower fan. Looks aesthetically pleasing and modern, but the performance is so 'meh', it makes rattly noises unbecoming of a $150 dollar fan and I'd much rather use my old Tempo floor fan that cost me $45.
This floor fan btw, was bought in Go-Lo way back in 2005 and it hasn't missed a beat. Looks a little like this. It's super retro and I love it.
Most vertical fans including Dyson are only "aesthetically pleasing". They are not as good in cooling compared to regular pedestal fans. Also Dyson is not as quiet. It does a good job heating but not cooling.
The main issue with vertical fans is that you cannot adjust the height/angle.
