Not sure if I want to go back to corded.
That's what can't figure out about why everyone is so nuts about mechanical keyboards. They're expensive and you're back to using a corded keyboard again.
Once you've gone mechanical you don't go back
I hear ya. Is this deceny for a mechanical keyboard though? How much can I sell the mouse for on it's own?
Edit: oh it's a a membrane keyboard.
@bargainperson: NEVAR!
@bargainperson: Once you go Cherry Black, you don't go back
They are expensive coz they r so better.. and U get cordless mechanical keyboards as well..
If it's not mechanical it's not a gaming keyboard, it's a piece of shit with LED lighting.
People were gaming just fine before mechanical keyboards became popular.
People were gaming "just fine" before ANY keyboards became popular. I mean, I'm sure those Pong matches with a single joystick delivered an intense high-end gaming experience, so why not stick with that?
And people are playing chess without even needing a joystick, so why not stick to a board of 64 squares?
@kahn
And people were getting places before cars were invented, so good luck with your horse carriage and membrane "gaming" keyboard.
back in the days of 30386 they were mostly mechanical keyboards ……it's the same mechanical keyboard, Cherry mechanism (Ipex brand, a long gone Aussie brand) I'm still using now ……. only membrane keyboards I have are on laptops.
That's why I included the words "became popular". Similarly, I've still got my keyboard from my 486/66, but only as a backup :-P
Available for 75 at centrecom and for 64 at pc gear
