I want to buy some item from Amazon USA and get it shipped to Australia. Item will be a wrist watch. Any cheap solution?

If you can select Amazon as the seller, they will usually ship watches very inexpensively.

  Is that from a seller other than Amazon in their marketplace?
  See if it is available direct from Amazon, perhaps for a couple of dollars more but with cheap shipping.
