I applied for a Direct Saver Account through MoneyBack on in May and did not get the MoneyBack. An enquiry was logged and the feedback from the Network is 'Sale delivered via other channel'. How is this possible, when I applied for the account through MBC site. I assume that MBC has a tracking number with which this can be clarified with the Network. More than the amount I am loosing, I am surprised by the fact that the Network/Sponsor is declining a genuine sale done through MBC.

It's been hit or miss for me in the past but more recently it's worked fine. Just made sure to use a totally different browser with cookies cleared.
Tracking relies on cookies which can be picked up almost anywhere these days and which cookies are used when the transaction completes is variable.
Good advice from Neil to use a browser dedicated to MBC is ideal, otherwise always make sure you clear all your cookies before logging in to your MBC account. Our FAQ section has more details.

My last two transactions were done with safari, whereas I was using IE all along. That may be the cause. Will try again with IE next time and see how it goes. Thanks folks.
