Eligibility:
The Promotion is only open to eligible entrants (the “ENTRANTS”), being individuals who are:

a) permanent residents of Australia; and
b) over the age of 18, or, if under the age of 18, have their parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter; and
c) subscribe to FOXTEL, Optus TV featuring FOXTEL, FOXTEL from Telstra , or who live in a household with a FOXTEL, Optus TV featuring FOXTEL, FOXTEL from Telstra, Optus TV with Fetch or Fetch TV subscription and have the subscriber’s permission;

and are not:

d) employees of the Promoter, FOXTEL, Optus TV featuring FOXTEL, FOXTEL from Telstra, Optus TV with Fetch, Fetch TV, or an employee of these companies’ related corporations or agencies or any other company associated with the Promoter and the Promotion; or
e) a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.

Promotion Period
Entry to the Promotion commences at 09:00hrs (AEST) on Wednesday December 7, 2016 and closes at 23:59 (AEST) on January 4, 2017.

Prize Details:
There will be one (1) Major Prize to be won in this Promotion (“Prize”), ten (10) first runner up prizes and ten (10) second runner up prizes.

MAJOR PRIZE: There will be one (1) major Prize (“Prize”) awarded. Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) Guests (“Guests”) to Universal Studios Hollywood, in Los Angeles, California. Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major international airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; four (4) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Sheraton (or at another on-site hotel as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA; General Admission Passes for three (3) days admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to three (3) Guests. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is eleven thousand one hundred and sixty dollars and no cents ($USD 11, 160.00).

SECOND RUNNER UP: 10 x Family inseason passes to SING, admit 4 valued at $66.00 (AUD). Valid at participating cinemas for the theatrical season of the film.
