Currently 50% off again on Steam as a Daily Deal. Yeah you could probably get it cheaper on some dodgy CD keys site, but if you don't want to have to deal with those you can go through Steam.

That's fine with me. Recently bought DOOM and Fallout 4 for cheap here, will keep me occupied over this holiday period.
I'm waiting for $5 USD on Amazon. Took less than 12 months for the previous TR to reach that price.
Not that I think $5 is all the game is worth. But accepting that cash under the table from Microsoft left a bad taste in my mouth. Crystal's written response to the backlash and explanation of why this exclusivity was a good idea left an even worse taste in my mouth. For that reason, I can't let them make any money off me.
Non-anniversary edition might be part of the $8.99 holiday surprise box. Then again, it might not be.

I'd say do yourself a favour and wait for the steam sale which starts soon, pretty sure it was $19.99 during the last big sale.
