Also that have amazing buffet food ( dessert bar) yumm

Mulia. It won that award and such (http://www.inbali.org/top-5-resorts-glorious-nusa-dua/). A lot of the wanky 5 star resorts are in Nusa Dua (https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g297698-Nusa_Dua_Nusa_Dua…).
It's not for me since I can't spend $60 on a meal in Asia.
$60 isn't bad, if you're feeding an army
I've done a suite at Rimba at Jimbaran by Ayana Resort.
Rimba is for more modern theme. Whereas, Ayana hotel (located in the same complex with Rimba) has traditional Bali theme. So take your pick.
The Rock Bar is a must try. But there is always a long queue, especially to watch sunset.
Found this place Viceroy when I was researching places to stay the last time I visited. Seems amazing!!
As for food, their cascades restaurant is pretty highly ranked but we've never been.
We went for a degustation at the Blanco par mandif - AWESOME! Definitely recommended!!!
