Good Sports Smartwatch - Not Crazy Expensive

I'm looking for a sports smartwatch for my wife for Christmas

Main requirements are:
Waterproof (for swimming)
GPS
Heart-rate monitor
Not too expensive - up to $300

I saw a Garmin Vivoactive HRM for $249 on staticice but it's gone now. This model looks about right and looks to be on runout

Currently $288 at Harvey Norman (vivoactive hr) I have the non hr version going strong after 14 or so months, waterproof, counts my swim laps, gps works great with fast lock on. Good smart features, would recommend.
