Looks like the 25% off only overrides the existing discount in-store. I'm not part of the online team unfortunately, so I'm not able to change the way the website processes sales. You can send feedback, but they may not fix it today. On the plus side, most stores received stock of Big Ben from what I've seen. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
Big ben and Porche is not full priced item hence are excluded as well. They also have a limit of 1 per customer. The information in the website is contradicting.
