Think the spend $200 and get $40 credit offer expired earlier this month if it's not the Welcome Offer one
Also this applies to your Dior, Chanel etc.! But you must use the Gift Card up by the end of January 2017.
Might be good with those two Amex deals eg. Spend 200 and get 40 back.
Spend 40 get 20 back.
