Where to Buy Olympus Spare Battery or Compatible at a Reasonable Price?

Hi,

I recently purchased an Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark II and I'm looking for a spare battery. From experience, OEM batteries are usually quite good, while 3rd party can be lose their capacity very quickly. But at $89 for a small battery, the BLS-50 sold by Olympus is rather steep (like most manufacturers).

So, do you have recommendations on:
- a cheap way to buy an original Olympus BLS-50? Have there been offers in the past that could significantly decrease it? For instance on my Sony camera, I had taken advantage of a "purchase with purchase" offer.
- a 3rd party brand that actually has a reputation for good quality batteries?

    I can vouch for them too. I bought a battery pack for an old netbook from them. They happily exchanged it for a different model when I discovered I'd made a small mistake in the model number of my netbook.

  When I got my EM10 MkI I bought two third party 1100mAh BLS-5 batteries for $45 from DCW:

  Subjectively they seem to last similar length to the Olympus brand one.

  I got batteries for my MKI from Duracell direct. Com. Au. They don't have as much capacity as the originals, but I got two for less than half price of 1 Olympus battery.
