Unable to create TFN since a week. Website says it's down. Is there a quickest way to create TFN?

Guys,

I'm unable to create a TFN since a week. Looks like SAN failure caused the outage. Can anyone tell me the quickest way to create a TFN!

A quick google tells me you can apply via post or at Australia Post:

Last time i did this i just called them then went in with ID.
