iPhone 7 home and on/off buttons intermittently stop working - Are you experiencing this problem?

Hi all,

I have been seriously upset with the iPhone 7's reliability.

Each week I experience, at least once, an intermittent cessation of function of all external buttons.

Looking at the apple forums, this seems to be a thing, though it's unclear if software or hardware.

Apple are very proud of a feature that allows users to create a digital button on the screen instead. For my money, I think this is rubbish!

Any advice from the tech minded users? Hold and wait for an update, or request a new one on store?

This is a known problem. Affecting users even though they had the phone replaced

I would raise the issue with Apple directly and try to get a support ticket.
