Ok more precisely how to ferr 20 people to a paintball location and back cheaply. Planning on getting a taxi from Campbelltown station to that paintball place out in Appin. And then getting another one back to the station. The trip I understand is about 15kms each way and getting two maxi cabs would cost about $180. Any cheaper solutions that does not involve any driving by ourselves.

and well considering we're all only getting 200 paintballs maybe walking there and back is the only option for us to have a full day of some sort of activity….

you're talking about $9pp return. Thats pretty good. how much further do you think it could come down. even at $120, its $6 pp. ie. not much difference
if you want, get the 1 taxi to go back and forth twice, if its cheaper. but then there is maybe 30 min wait.
i'd rather pay the extra.Mick makes a good point there, the other choice would be to hire a school bus of some type. Not sure how it would work out, but you can always call up and ask for a quote. Particularly if it doesnt fall during school starting/closing times, you should get a pretty good deal

Nah our parents are either all at work or don't have the vehicles to ferry 20 people around.

All I'm gonna say is 19 people, too many guys for comfort and the front seat was the best seat.@daydream: True that, but the pain doesn't kick in untill a few hours after the action has stopped, other than that everytime you get hit it stings for about 10 seconds then u get on with it.
If you can even get ONE parent with a MR licence (or is it LR? same thing) then get a minibus for under $200 easy. Seats 22-25. Think coaster :)
