I think this may be a targeted promotion but when logging onto my google play app I was presented with a promotion for 50% off any one tv series.

I managed to purchase Season 1-6 of Game of Thrones HD for $67.99 discount of $68.00.

I was able to apply with other TV series but settled on GOT due to the size of the discount and the wife hassling me for it.

  I guess it's targeted. When I log in, I see 75% off any one episode, with the ad looking almost exactly the same as the OP other than the deal.

  I get 50% off a movie purchase as I'm identified as a "Chromecast User".
  Pity I only have Chromecast audio then… #marketingfail
