Want to get my 3 nearly 4 year old a tablet for Christmas just for Netflix or watching movies on a USB' doesn't need to be anything special.
Would this be any good ?

Oh bugger for $47 I thought I was on a winner lol !
I got my nephew (5 yr old) a laptop and he seems to be the only one in his Kindergarten class who can type properly. The rest of them think that the only way to get a computer to do something is to touch the screen.
Just something to think about.
The Samsung Galaxy 8.4" Tablets are quite good and won't break the bank. You can get a basic one for less than $300.
I find that the cheaper tablets have pretty poor performance when it comes to watching videos.
Don't think the one you listed is in stock. Something like this would be an alright option. Looks like the typical "$100 10.1" tablet" design, so don't expect too much from the screen as far as viewing angles, but performance will be sufficient and you might get ~4-5 hours battery life.
