Ordered heaps of stuff it never showed up, no emails no nothing. Tried contacted fangear never got a response and took over a month to get a refund.
Yeah, prices aren't that great when you factor in shipping.
More expensive than NBAstore for half that stuff tbh.

While a few people have commented relating to a previous deal that went wrong, we must reiterate this was on our older inventory system which unfortunately allowed several simultaneous orders of the same product during surge traffic periods. This led to a number of orders having to be cancelled.
This issue was unexpected and we'd never experienced it before, as the traffic levels were unprecedented. All affected customers were rightly refunded, although due to the traffic load these waits in some instances were also unacceptably wrong and for this, again we apologise.
However, the we've since moved to a NEW website and completely NEW inventory system - along with NEW management and increased Customer Service team - and after running three recent sales including Black Friday with 100% fulfillment and no stock issues, we are confident that issue will never be replicated.
We apologise sincerely to anyone who was affected previously and can only hope that we can restore your faith in the Fangear brand by providing a positive experience this time around.
How about apologising with an additional 10% and free basic postage as a promotion to invite us upon this site back to give you another go?
