Sydney - Cat Tooth Extraction

Hi all, I just got quoted $700 to have my cats tooth removed as it is all infected.

Just wondering if this is the kind of price I should be expecting? Cost more to get a cat tooth out than my tooth!!

Not sure about cat teeth extractions we've had a few surgeries done at the University of Sydney vet school hospital in Camperdown, and they usually quote about 1/2 or 1/3 the cost that our local vet usually charges for similar procedures.

If anyone is interested, Petcure in Guilford quoted 300-350. 45 mins drive, but saves me 300 bucks!
