        They send you an email with a coupon code, you make it all on their site. Quite easy to do!

      I had no issues with mine, the only thing i wasn't expecting was the black thing they put between the two metal plates.I was expecting a frame with the thickness of just a metal piece.

    Not impressed with the quality. It is extremely dithered, to the point where the effective resolution appears like less than 100dpi. The colours are dull and washed out compared to what I uploaded. Very disappointing.

    I ordered a glass print from them at the same time, which appears to be sharper than the metal ones. Colours are accurate, and edge-wrapping very nice. Not as sharp as what I uploaded, but good enough.
