Developing Azure Web App Solution + Free Web Hosting

So, I'm developing a few things around Azure Web Apps (website hosting).
One of the things I'm building is a management dashboard, reporting and billing system for service and hosting providers.

What I need is some people to host their websites on Azure with me.

What will I give you? (For free)
Free hosting for 12 months
Reasonable amount of storage and bandwidth, about 5-10Gb each per month.
Free SSL (LetsEncrypt, I'll handle provisioning and renewals)
Free DNS hosting, if you need it
Free MySQL, SQL is also available depending on demand
Free Application Insights (its like Google Analytics)

Conditions?
You need to run your website with SSL by default
You need to ingrate the Application Insights into your website, this is easy to do.
Use CloudFlare, free tier is fine
There maybe be a regular scheduled maintenance window of once every 2-4 weeks where your site will be down for a few minutes at an ungodly hour.
I'd rather you didn't use FTP, but instead used BitBucket, GitHub, OneDrive or Dropbox. Although if you must have FTP it is also available.

Anyone interested?
I can probably host about 20-50 websites reasonably comfortable without it costing me an arm and a leg and bankrupting me in the process.

        I currently have an Azure instance running a Ghost blog (Node.JS); really low traffic, just really for me to ramble about nothing.

        Depending on what's offered, I'll see what I'll host.

        Can you provide a little more information on what you're trying to achieve? Are you developing a platform to provide web hosting services?

          .NET, PHP, Node.js, and Python
          I run my ghost blog on it.

          I'm building a "dashboard" to supply performance and billing information that hosting partners could use to monitor and bill across multiple Azure tenancies and subscriptions.

          I have enough VMs and other workloads to provide enough to work with, but I need some websites to help drive some data.

          I also have a fair bit of unused capacity I thought I could share with Ozbargain
