Just wonder anyone out there in same situation.
Purchased two codes, un-used. Not long after Groupon sent out new codes claiming technical issues.
Early Nov, we tried to buy somethings using the new codes just to continuously got error: We removed any vouchers you already applied. You can try using them on a future purchase.
Contacted GP customer service and they were extremely slow and not understanding. Finally escalated to Resolution team who responded today after 7 days: the merchant confirmed that the your eBay voucher code is valid and working.
And that was it.
Really? I have not working vouchers and after that much time they came back just to say no problems and simply walked away.
It is two more weeks until the voucher to be in smoke. GP customer service was so slow and ignorance.
What should I do?
Who is the merchant? Have you tried the vouchers again since the merchant attested they were working?
