Refund from AliExpress very slow!

Hi all, anyone experienced ridiculously slow refund from AliExpress? I ordered the wrong thing and cancelled the order straight after. However, they still charge my credit card for the cancelled amount (not just authorisation). Refund is then shown processed the day after in my account, but after almost 3 weeks, I still haven't seen any refund yet.

I'm still waiting for them to follow up for me….waiting waiting waiting….grrr!

Anyone else in the same boat?

    I was in the same boat as you. But it only took them a week to process my refund (including the foreign currency transaction fee).

    Maybe try chasing up their accounts team again to get a status update? I'd imagine it would be a very delayed period between nov-dec with processing refunds back.

    Yep it's very slow because aliexpress need to give some advantages to customers who have spent at least US$500 (A3 and A4 members) e.g refund within 1-2weeks. For aliexpress, it's also a way to gain money…so good luck.
