10 x 375ml tins of "Ghost of Eyre" Pale Ale, produced by the Steamrail Brewing Company / Australian Beer Connoisseurs, both of which are trademarks of Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd, for $15 each - don't appear to be short dated - or, use the $10 off $50 spend to get 40 cans for $50…you can purchase up to 50 cans ($65).

The reviews are not very encouraging (a real OzBargainer cares little for wanky beer opinions / taste) but coming into silly season this is a good way to stock the fridge, a cheap secret santa gift or cheap beers for the garbo!

Whatever your intentions, enjoy and save some $$$ in the process.

Very average reviews, so great for the in-laws over the festive season!!👍🏻

    • My point exactly!

      "But it's craft beer!" :-P

Watch out, its not really craft beer. Well not in the strictest sense.

Its a pretty crap beer, but im a snob. I would suggest trying a 6 pack (or single) first and seeing if you like it.

        • Article linked in OP already bud.

its really not that bad….unless youre a total beer snob ;)

  • Average beer, tastes malty and cheap. Recommend buying a single to try before buying 40 of them…

    Kris Kringle for the boss???

  • The printable voucher is fake.

No current 1st Choice vouchers extend until that long. It will be rejected at checkout. The only hope you have is if you get a new checkout worker who won't know any better and manually enter it.

    • Do you have any evidence to back up your claim?

    • Use DCE55M3Y online and C&C

    • joeflacco - I grabbed the voucher from this post, let us (and them) know why it's supposedly fake.

      • Someone has just taken an older voucher and changed the expiry date below it. It won't work. But as I said (and as 'Tightwads brother' pointed out), some service staff may not know any better and manually take the $10 off.

I've spoken to First Choice and the voucher isn't legit because they have no vouchers extending until 30/1/2017. Someone just got greedy with the expiration date.

        • joe - that'd be fraud, would it not? Interesting…

    • I used the voucher at Penrith and it wouldn't scan. He entered it manually and still had problems but it worked. Good luck.

(a real OzBargainer cares little for wanky beer opinions / taste)

A real OzBargainer would brew at home and save the money they would have otherwise wasted on ColesWorth dog piss for decent beer when Beer Cartel has a sale.

Fifty bucks for bad beer is fifty bucks wasted.

    • Fifty bucks for 40 cans of swill to serve to inlaws & out-of-favour rellies is money well spent! I reckon!
