Coming into summer this is a great price on a small split system air conditioner. The initial price was competitive, one of the cheapest I could find. JB and Appliances online have the system for $900+, Bing Lee $800+. For $582 you can't go wrong. Choice gave this air con a thumbs up so hopefully that negates the usual negative reviews one will find on the net.

      Add about $700 in some states if your switchboard is old and you don't have a safety switch. In that case the whole switchboard will require replacement.

    You can get a wifi dongle for about $100 for this unit. I have it - the app is pretty rubbish but it works ok
