hi,
i bought some cosmetic on ebay, location is from Hongkong. Never received delivery. it has tracker number by AUSPOST and said delivered. I did not received any message or any good regarding to delivery. Now I open dispute case with Paypal, it said already delivery and close my case.
what next step should I do, please help if any one knows. Thanks very much
It was probably delivered to a neighbor, has happened to me before too.
Check around the back of your house , in the bushes etc. It was probably stolen or the postie delivered it to the wrong address….
or ask Customs…
was it signed for?
Did you move house and forget to update your address in PayPal and or eBay? I've had this happen with a buyer once.
I had the same thing thing happen to me this week, had 3 parcels delivered at 12.44pm 3 minutes later the missing parcel was marked as delivered. Checked mail box almost instantly nothing there. Called auspost they said the postie came back and put it in my mailbox. Didn't bother opening a case with eBay/PayPal as I know it won't matter as it was marked as delivered.

You have to call Australia post, they will launch an investigation and they ask the driver where he/she has delivered to.
With luck they may recover your parcel.
