  • Does it have good reviews ?

This is what I found on my first Google search

I can say that the Fujitsu FD7 is a really good buy because of the variety of recording options, G-sensor and parking features, and compact size, with a budget-friendly price tag.

      • There appears to be a problem with the date/time stamp on this model…

        • It appears to be configured wrong, should be easily changed via it's settings I would assume.

I have one of these. Its designed by the Japanese. It works with a degree of polish that the Chinese couldnt match.

But then its at least twice as expensive as the Chinese so…

@tonyjzx: Coming from a position of buying and sending back two pieces of cheap Chinese grabbage*, I'm happy to pay the extra for something I can probably rely on.
          Thanks OP.

@The Araldited Wallet: Maybe you could vote to say thanks also.

          Yes Sir, Mr Degrees!!!

@The Araldited Wallet: Haha sorry if it sounded bossy, it's just a pet hate of mine where someone will go to the effort of leaving a comment saying thanks, they took advantage of a deal but don't vote which is probably what the Op would prefer.

        • @28Degrees: See comment below… Couldn't get coupon code to work.
So yeah. Was unable take advantage of deal.

        • @28Degrees: But I upvoted it anyhow. Just to keep everyone happy.
          :)

  • Coupon code doesn't wanna work… Bugger!

Its catch of the day, not mid night coupon.

  • Will be getting one to install in the back of car. Been procrastinating for over 2 years.

    • Back? The cable isn't long enough?

      • No, 99% of dashcams don't come with a long cable unless it's specifically a two channel dashcam pack.

        • So where do you buy the longer cable from?
Can we hide the cable under the roof plastic ourselves or do we have to hire an electrician?

        • @congngo:
I've bought an extra long USB to route to the back of the car and a double cigarette adapter.
Depending on your car/ trim, I usually just lift the plastic trim and tuck in under. Did the same when I install the rear view camera.

        • @congngo:

Amazon or other resellers, 15ft cable length does the trick. I did the same as @grizz_li where just routed it under the roofliner. Used yellow tongue to help route the cable through.

  • Great find. Thanks OP
