Hi everyone
I have a few gift cards for various department stores and am wondering if they will be having a storewide Christmas sale like 20% off storewide etc ?
Perhaps these sorts of sales are a thing of the past, but I'm wondering how long to wait before I use my gift cards for Christmas presents?
Probably no definitive answer to my question but helpful opinions appreciated :)

Won't be any % off discounts at Kmart, majority of the range is EDLP (everyday low prices) so not many discounts. The only discounts are usually at the end of a season then products move to clearance.
Although they usually price match the competition if they go hard on prices.
Any coles/kmart workers know when the 10% staff discount starts?
damn… thanks for the info anyway. now I have to think of a way to get the best value from my gift cards :/
Don't think Kmart really do discounts these days, more an everyday low price kinda store.
