With these sorts of things, whats the best way to find out if they have the right cables, transformers or adapters etc.
If it has a 240v capable PSU (pretty confident it would), a simple buying a cable locally will be fine. I don't think there would be any other issues with software.
I just had a quick read up online, looks like that's the case.
You only need to grab a local power cable.
Having said that, this deal is not quite good enough to go through with the import hassle, not to mention the warranty issues if something goes wrong.
Jaycar would be a good place to buy that local power cable.
Wouldn't this be on the US voltage?
Nope, just swap the power cables to an Australian cable, the DVD/Blu Ray Region will be American though … as a pure gaming machine it's alright
If you put Oz disc in it then it will change to the local region. I think region changes are limited in number and then it just sticks to a region.
Blu Rays are region locked, this will only play US and region free discs.
Edit: Semi Wrong
@snuke: I just looked up for region change information and this is what I got which may work

Great, never saw this before and much googling 3 years ago gave me no love but to say it was 100% locked.
@snuke: mind you its only for DVD region change and not for blu-ray
What's a DVD?
@snuke: if you are not kidding then DVD regions and Bluray regions are different :)
Yeah, kidding. I keep them with my VHS, Betamax, audio tapes and mini discs.
International warranty, right? Otherwise I don't see how this is a bargain.
it is a bargain because it will play your GTA V disc perfectly!
Anyway, PS4 YLOD will hit you outside the warranty period so don't worry about it.
Not a bad deal and all, but as others have listed above there's a few minor issues
. IF something goes wrong, warranty will likely be an issue
. DVD regions will be a hassle
. You'd need to go get a power converter thing (blanking on the name)
But also, the slims can be had for 300 or so pretty easily here, and they're Aussie ones with Aussie warranties. On top of that, Target's eBay deal the other day had them for just under 290 IIRC, so combine that with 39 bucks to buy a new copy of U4 from Target and you've got only a few bucks out of pocket, a few bucks you'd have probably had to spend on a power adapter anyways, and instead of an import with a while to wait on shipping, you've got an Aussie unit and an Aussie copy of the game (not that it makes a lick of difference, since aside from like 2 PS3 games, all PS3 and PS4 discs are region free) with local warranty at a local store.
You'd need to go get a power converter thing
No, just a plug adapter, or a local cord, it has a universal power supply.
Shit, right, yeah, the actual connector to the PS4 is a generic one, same cord as the fat PS1, fat and second slim PS2, and both slim PS3s. Duh.
Correct, the Pro has a PC style interface.
Must be sold out and no longer available for sale. Seller Amazon.com is no longer showing in the seller list and is defaulting to a third party sellers deal of $294.92 USD.
say what it includes.
