Buy a 300 Kč electronic gift card from here: https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/mseea/cs_CZ/pdp/D%C3%A1… and use that to purchase. No VPN required, but you will have credit left over. About the only way to do it these days. (Cost you about $15-16 AUD). The store linked by OverburdenedWarrior above is for US Credit, not Czech Koruna.
The VPN+CC method only seems to work with the US and Canadian MS stores now, at least for me anyway.
Ah, I see. It's not coming up on sale in the US Region, but seems that price is the default in Czech Koruna. I've updated my post. Would it be language locked? I'm tempted now! :p
No, all XBo games are region free and in the language your XBO region is set to.
Any OS game purchased that is not available in Aus (most are though), you just need to change region on your XBO to one where it is available, start the download and change your region back. It continues downloading and is all in English.
