Hi Guys,We are so used to bad luck stories,shonky deals etc,thought I would post my recent experience.Purchased at the last moment a 75 inch TV via Ebay from Good Guys with 20% off sale.It was delivered the following Friday,set it up on Saturday,turned it on and to my dismay,saw a mark on the sceen about cm long.I rang the store concerned,and received great service.A new replacement was delivered and changed over on the Sunday!How good is that!Well done GG,s and Thankyou.

I got over $500 refunded nearly 5 weeks after purchasing a TV from JBHIFI. It went on sale for one day only. Manager was very happy to refund the money. Not to mention that we also replaced a different brand of TV there prior to this, due to DSE. All up a very good experience and will always shop at JBHIFI for expensive purchases over anyone else. You will pay a little bit more usually (when compared to 20% off ebay deals etc) but for the after sales service it is worth it.
Good stuff. Be sure to email the store too. Perhaps that employee will get a reward for great customer service.
