I'm trying to organise a get away with the missus in mid January (about 1 week) but have no idea on where to go?

Would love if people could throw some ideas my way.

The only condition is that it needs to be good value for money.

  probably no cruises berths left for mid January as it's school holidays.
  
  USA under $1000 for departures in mid January is incredibly cheap.
