      Yes, unfortunately Weber is subject to exclusions. But you're welcome to talk to their specialists about this.

        This is not correct. BBQ Galore had a 20% store wide about 5 weeks ago and Weber products were 20% off. I purchased a OTS online with the discount and collected in store.

          Thanks for pointing me to your terms and conditions. I can read too. I was responding the point above which says that "it never includes Weber", as clearly there are some of your sales which do include Weber in the discount. Unless on 20th October when I purchased online there was a failure with your website and the 20% discount was inappropriately applied during the last sale. Care to comment?

          @apu: The terms for this sale from 24-27 November does not include the Weber. There is no failure there, you were definitely fortunate enough to get the discount for our 20% off sale in October as it was not excluded then. It is excluded now.

          @Sir Casm: if you're referring to Weber grills, check if you're still covered by warranty. Had a Q grill replaced under warranty as it was starting to rust. Email Weber customer service, they respond very quickly.

      Its because there is only around 30% profit in weber. The modeling is around pure volume.

      Its why bbqs galore axed them (exclusing franchisee stores) so they make more profit off zeigler and brown. However this comes with poor quality parts, components and lack of warranty.

      To justify this bbqs galore does a 14 day love it or return it policy - not quite long enough to truly know if you do love it when in around 3 months you'll hate it.

    Even at 20% off, things are still way overpriced…
