Hi,
Recently, I found the displayed amounts are lower than the actual payments in cash rewards. I am discussing with the customer service for some of the high price orders. But I didn't inquire for the other incorrect cashbacks which are only about few cents. So what is happening for the cash rewards? Does anyone have the same problems?

Thanks ltvo3 for the explanation. GST and postage are not included.
On their FAQs page, they mentioned that GST and shipping, delivery and any other such costs would be excluded. Hence, this mostly explains why you can have a lower purchase amount reported and consequently receive a lower Cash back amount. I had this problem before, but after recalculating, it made more sense.
If your Cash back is still less than you believe is correct please submit a Cash back Enquiry.
