  • So that's slate grey colourbond, rather than already grey zincalume, yes? How long are you holding the price there for?

Whats the difference with the one bunnings sells for 400 bucks(apart from the colour?)

  • Whats the wall thickness (mm)?

  • Any smaller sheds on sale?

  • What's the delivery rate if you are 11km from the depot?

  • +2

Apart from the colour, what's the difference between this shed and this one being sold (presumably) by one of your distributors for $496.

Questioning if this is a genuine sale price or just the every day price marked down from a massively over-inflated rrp.

    • Three bucks…

    • Zinc vs Colourbond

This one is the colourbond equivalent: https://www.gardenshedwarehouse.com.au/product/easyshed-doub…

It comes in Colourbond 'colours' and it says "made from BlueScope Steel", but does that mean it's actually Colourbond? Surely if it was made with genuine Colourbond it would be plastered all over the product page. No? Guess it could just be poor marketing!?

        • Thanks for pointing that out, I'd just made the assumption that since the coloured model was more than the zinc models, that it was colourbond.
The only info I can find on their site is that they have an alloy treatment coated to the steel. So this could feasibly just be painted zinc sheds.

        • @Tiggrrrrr:
Yeah I've had a dig around too. The manufacturer is Durabuilt. Can't find anyting that says the sheds are actually Colourbond steel. Even this video pointing out the features doesn't mention Colourbond Steel.

    • This appears to be galv

  • Guys, when it doesn't say Colorbond, don't assume the material is Aussie made Colorbond. This might be Aussie made with imported material. I learned it the hard way :(

    • Yes I can't see the word "Colourbond" or even "BlueScope" anywhere on the page.
I hope the OP comes on and answers some of these very good questions. Otherwise they shouldn't expect too many sales.

    • Hi Ganymede,

Just to clarify, steel used in the manufacturing of our sheds is genuine Bluescope Colorbond material.

  • If you are near Cheltenham, then you could save $10 here: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Garden-Shed-3m-x-3m-/272289955728…

  • OP, I for one think this is a great price on this product, especially at $100 cheaper than anyone else I can find (with the exception of the one in Cheltenham Vic).

I am after a slimline shed however to sit on the side of my house. Do you have any slimline, sliding-door sheds? Like this one: https://www.bunnings.com.au/garden-pro-3-0-x-1-98-x-0-78m-gr…

    • Hi Tiggrrrr,

Most sheds on our website can have an optional sliding door kit added to them, which will convert the shed into the slimline product you are after.
The sliding door kit includes an external grade extruded aluminium pelmet with high quality rolling wheels (not plastic sliders) which are attached to the top of the doors.
The sliding door option can be found under the 'Accessories' tab to the right of the product image on the product page.

Hi All, sorry for the delay in the replies. This deal will be live until 4pm today.
All material we use is high-tensile Bluescope material, at 0.35mm thickness. All sheds are 100% Australian made.
This is our first time using OzBargin so our apologies for not including enough information.

    • Hi Sharon
It says you offer colourbond colours. Are these geniune Colourbond (ie: the colour is baked onto the metal at high temperature).

Do the metal sheets have the "COLORBOND® steel" ink branding on the reverse side?

We couldn't see any mention of the Colourbond brand on your website which may just be an oversite, so if you could confirm either way that would be appreciated.
