Best Time to Purchase DSLR Lenses?

Just wondering when would be the best time to purchase a lense for my camera would be. I'm looking more towards sigma/tokina branded lenses but i have yet seen a sale for these. Is there a store/website likely to have these on sale for christmas/new years coming up?

    If you don't mind importing, B&H and Adorama would be the best choice. Especially with the upcoming Black Friday Deals

      i assume their stock is from HK? would warranty and returns be an issue?
      just checked they dont stock the lenses i want :(

        I honestly don't know. I haven't had a problem so far, and I'd say chances of having a lens issue would be pretty low TBH.
