Normally I had good service from LS but not on my latest deal.
The merchant failed to honour the t&c. This was a breakfast deal - they changed the restaurant opening hours from what was stated in the t&c and then refused to take bookings before 9:30am (and the deal states bookings are mandatory). The last opportunity for me to use the deal passed last weekend.
I explained all this to customer service but "Shanise" continues to ignore what I wrote and has been giving me excuses and delays since November 5th.
I'm about to raise a dispute with my credit card company now.
