Hi, i have recently bought 2 in-soles from the docpods website with the 20% off code and it has been past the 7-10 day shipping ETA. I have attempted to contact them a few times with no answer or no reply to my message left.
Just wondering if anyone has actually purchased from them and received their items!?
Also asking as the docpods 'rep' is in the ozbargain penalty box! =\

got the heel cups they offered for "free" + $2.50 postage last week. no problems there.
WOW 7 days after the offer was posted, you did ok - Still waiting for my heel cups ref #2162 (6 weeks) and no reply to e-mails.

Have just checked my e-mail addresses to confirm which one I used for the order so I could send you the details and I found your initial reply in the spam filter dated July 28. Have now replied confirming you had the correct street address but unfortunately delivery still not received.
Got e-mail last night saying they will send another shipment. Happy with the response and effort to make shipment even if the fault was/is now with Australia Post. Thanks Docpods.
sorry forgot to update this… i ended up getting them ~3 weeks after ordering them.
Just to clarify, the rep is in the penalty box for sockpuppeting. I don't see any other contact details for the company/rep other than what's listed on their website.
