What will you Sous Vide?

Now that we all have (or are getting) a Anova Sous Vide, what do you plan to cook with it?

For me, to start:
Steak
Beef ribs (I believe 72 hours or so)
62 degree egg
Various cuts of fish

What will you Sous Vide?

    Eggs are overrated with SV. takes too long for such a little result. I softboil eggs in a kettle (place egg, fill with cold to full, remove 3-4min after water boils). 5min in the kettle is about 90% the result of a 1h sv egg.

    • I don't think the Anova would heat up a large enough vessel to fit your refrigerator
