Beef ribs (I believe 72 hours or so)

I don't think the Anova would heat up a large enough vessel to fit your refrigerator
Eggs are overrated with SV. takes too long for such a little result. I softboil eggs in a kettle (place egg, fill with cold to full, remove 3-4min after water boils). 5min in the kettle is about 90% the result of a 1h sv egg.
